Business of more then 30 staff members in the auction-, insolvency & consulting sector, multichannel marketing, implementing CRM- and DMS-Solution, optimizing DB-solution
Starting with 2 employees plus chef building up a business of 25 staff members in the consulting and insolvency sector including moving into a 1.600 m² new office building, go live of numerous websites, accompany M&A-processes and expanding business into Asia.
While building up my own business assisted consultants and senior advisors by creating presentations.
As former Nike athlete I founded this GmbH partnering with another professional athlete. Together we created an interdisciplinary team with best known groupfitness- and health concepts selling it to international franchisee, presenting and educating it to clients throughout the world. Nowadays people in motion delivers sporting holidays and state of the art conventions.
Together with the Manageing Director I managed the sportsclub with up to 3.500 members and more then 30 staff members.
Right after finishing my business degree dissertation at the personal and legal department of the chain store- and franchise company, I started working in the same.
Advanced Business Management development at the Wirtschaftsakademie (WAK) Schleswig-Holstein with the status of a public welfare institution (IHK - Chambers of Industry and Commerce) and on the job training by my employer arko GmbH, Wahlstedt (Schleswig-Holstein).
After starting a trainee program at this well known agency I was employed quickly, coordinating all different kind of print productions (typical project managment), keeping timelines and expenses plus reporting to the etat manager.
